 INTRODUCTION

  This program can install ALi M5451 PCI audio accelerator driver in 
  NT4 and Win95.

 Execution Instruction
 ---------------------
 1.Install ALi audio driver in Win95 and NT4.
   a.)Run Setup.exe
   b.)Then setup program will prompt you to reboot system.
   c.)After system reboot, ALi audio driver will be installed properly.

 3.Remove ALi audio driver

   You can remove audio driver in Windows "Add and Remove Program" panel.
