Active DS Sample Provider

Installation procedure for the Active DS Sample Provider:
1) Install Active DS
2) Build adssmp.dll
2) Install the Sample Provider using install.cmd

Running install.cmd will perform the following:
1)Install Sample Provider
3)Setup the sample DS in the registry
