Security on UNIX
The shell script, set_default_perms.sh, which is installed in the /usr/local/frontpage/version4.0 directory, sets the permissions for the contents of /usr/local/frontpage/version4.0 and all nested directories and files. Once these permissions are set, FrontPage does not change them. However, if you suspect that the permissions on any /usr/local/frontpage/version4.0 files or directories have been changed, you can reapply the correct permissions by running set_default_perms.sh. This script takes no command-line arguments. |
