OEM Tools
The OEM tools are support utilities designed for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that enable you to reset the initial installation information after Office has been installed on a computer. The following table lists the OEM tools:

Oem.bat |
The core tool of this set, Oem.bat enables you to change the CD key, change the user and company name, force the EULA to show at the first start of any Office application, exit audit mode, and reset user data. |
Srclist.exe |
Called by the Oem.bat file to reset the installation source to the CD. Requires the product code of the MSI you want to reset as an argument. |
Install the OEM Tools
The OEM Tools must be installed separately from the other applications they are not installed by the Office Resource Kit Setup program. To install the OEM Tools, you extract the separate tools files from the compressed Ork.cab file and copy them to your computer.
Information on using the Oem.bat file is also contained within the file itself. You can use Notepad or another plain-text editor to view the contents.
The OEM Tools can also be downloaded from the Toolbox on the Office Resource Kit Web site at http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork.
